It was a very disturbing afternoon today.. I was at the supermarket what I saw just freaked me out. There were ladies with their Hermes bags walking along the isles touching their face and scratching their eyes and noses with their bare hands• There were many adults wearing their mask under their noses some even somewhere under the chin. The mask is not a fashion statement nor is it to cover the double chin you accumulated during this MCO• And the thing that scares me the most is the non existence of social distancing. People where pushing their trolleys shoulder to shoulder and some weren’t there alone• I felt so angry and really disturbed. These are not children that I saw. These are also not mentally disabled people that I saw. These looked like right minded adults like you and me who are supposed to be able to tell what is good and what is not• I know of people who have lost their loved ones this round. People who are out there in the front lines fighting and are so so afraid to even hug their children as they are afraid they might just spread the virus to their loved ones, I know of wonderful, awesome friends who lost their jobs and livelihood because of this pandemic. I’ll say it loud and clear It Hurts!! It Stings!! Come on guys!! As a nation we have sacrificed our income, sacrificed our normality, sacrificed our lives to fight this Virus!! I know the recent statistics and numbers looks promising but that does not mean that we should just flush everyone’s effort down the toilet bowl just because of our negligence• yes, constantly wearing a mask, gloves when you are out or constantly washing hands and sanitising is so troublesome but that’s gonna be the new normality for some time soon. I beg of you to put in your effort as how I am putting in mine• I MISS BEING OUT• I MISS MY ADVENTURES• I MISS MY LOVED ONES• I MISS MY LIFE AND I WANT TO STAY ALIVE!! • And I’m sure you feel the same way as I do! So please stop being a selfish prick!! And GET WITH THE PLAN !!
